All workService areas, fares pages and help content were maintained separately on the website and in the app, so they drifted apart and contradicted each other.
We moved everything into a headless CMS with a content API. Marketing staff edit once, and the site, booking flow and app all show the same, current content. Pages load quickly because the front end is served static wherever it can be.
